About Joan

Joan Pratt, Group Leader, is a veteran in the real estate industry. Initially a licensed Broker of Record in California, then in 2006 relocated to Colorado for her husband's job with VISA. She now holds an Employing Broker license for the State of Colorado. This is the highest level of licensing available here. She specializes in estate and luxury homes in the Douglas County and Denver Metro areas but first time buyers are dear to her heart too.

As a full-time broker, Joan has the resources and experience to extensively network so that each transaction is successful and enjoyable for her clients.

Meet Ashley, our efficiency maestro and transaction coordinator extraordinaire. When she's not meticulously managing paperwork and timelines, Ashley enjoys spending time with her kids and their activities. Meet Alisyn, the heart behind our operations! With over 13 years of service in the Army, she brings discipline, efficiency, and exceptional organizational skills to our team. Beyond her military background, Alisyn has spent a decade in childcare and education, including 10 years as a dedicated nanny. Her ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively makes her an invaluable asset in her role as Executive Assistant. When she’s not keeping us organized, she’s making a difference in children’s lives, a passion that reflects her dedication, adaptability, and service-driven mindset. Meet Grace, our marketing coordinator. She is a senior at Colorado Christian University and is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Digital Media. With attention to detail and a positive attitude, Grace strives to do the best she can at work. When Grace isn't working, she loves to read, play guitar, and visit local coffee shops. She is excited to learn more about the real estate industry and even more excited to help you!

Meet Jordan, our creative marketing intern. A senior at Colorado Christian University, she's earning her bachelor's degree in Marketing.
